The Temecula Valley is in Riverside County, Southwest California, below the eastern slope of the Santa Rosa Plateau. It is approximately 85 miles south of Los Angeles, 60 miles north of San Diego and 20 miles inland from the cities of San Juan Capistrano and Oceanside. The City of Temecula is situated at the southern end of the valley, just north of the San Diego County line.
